Please understand your payment of the booking fee means your acceptance to the these t&c's
Booking Fee
The £50 paid to secure your booking is NON refundable. It will be deducted from the final balance.
Invoicing & Payments
An invoice will be sent once you have confirmed that you are happy with the quote. A final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent approximately 1 month before the wedding date and will need to be paid within 5-7 days of the wedding date.
Cancellations
If you find yourself in a position whereby you need to cancel your booking for any reason, your £50 booking fee will not be refunded. It may be possible to transfer to a new date if your wedding is being postponed. However, you may incur additional charges due to inflation when moving to an alternative year. Should I be unavailable for your new date, the initial booking fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellation by Emma
Should I find myself in an unfortunate and rare situation due to illness, personal emergency, injury, I will seek to provide a suitable replacement. This of course cannot be guaranteed, and if you are unhappy to go ahead with my recommendation, a full refund will be provided.
Travel Costs
Mileage for travel to and from the wedding location will be charged at £0.55p per mile. This will be calculated from the S61 postcode.
Amendments & Minimum Spend
During peak wedding season (March - September) I have a minimum spend of bridal hair + 3 adults. Amendments can be made at any time by emailing or contacting via social media. If numbers fall below bridal + 3 adults, the minimum spend will still apply.
Please be aware once the final invoice has been issued 1 month prior, numbers CANNOT decrease and full payment for all services will be required.

Photopgraphy / Images
You agree that photographs & videos that include hairstyling of the bride/bridal party which has been completed by myself can be repurposed purely for business use such as my website, social media, and or other forms of business advertising.
Confidentiality
It is required by law to retain records of your services including personal data. All personal data is stored securely and cannot be accessed by anyone other than myself.
Liability
I am fully insured and my public liability certificate can be made available on request. During my time of providing my services I shall not be negligent or misuse my equipment & products. Any allergies must be reported no later than the trial date. If not, yourself or third party agree to release me from liability and responsibility related to allergic reactions.
